Crux Cigars Twitter Contest Winner
Crux Cigars Twitter Contest Winner! From what I'm aware of Crux has been around for 20 years as a retailer, but decided to start...
ALL THINGS CIGARS
I will rate cigars on a 100 point scale. Obviously, when it comes to cigars everyone's tastes are different, but I will do my best to describe the taste so that you will get a good idea of what the cigar will be like. I try to smoke two of the same cigars for the review. However, there will be times where I will only be able to smoke one cigar. Of course, I will let you know in the review how may I have smoked for the review. Please note that the difference between values is actually massive and not as slim as the numerical figures would suggest.
80-84 is ok.
85-89 is good.
90-93 is very good.
94-97 is great.
98-99 is outstanding.
100 is just perfect, a classic experience.
Points are awarded for the following:
10 Points - Appearance of the Cigar (wrapper quality, the cap, veins, etc.)
10 Points - Aroma of the Cigar (aroma of foot and wrapper, cool draw)
15 Points - Smoking Characteristics of the Cigar (burn quality, canoeing, tunneling, coning, runners)
30 Points - Flavor (What do I taste? More in depth- chocolate, leather, coffee, wood, etc.)
35 Points - Overall (How was the smoke overall? Would I buy it again? Recommend it? etc.)
